Im wondering, hows the status on beta? And is the game going good so far, in terms of everything?

    if someone is in the beta the NDA doesnt let them say that they are in the beta

    Yes Sigil is still  upholding the intial NDA which prohibts Betatesters from answering your question. But maybe just maybe this will change with the start of Beta 3.0 and we will start to see more public information about Vanguard.
