Trial Question ?

I have a 14 day free trial game disk. When I create an account and decide I want to keep it past the 14 days, what happens? obviously i will start paying the monthly fee but do i have to purchase the game? or is the disk i have now good enough?

I have a question too.. is it possible to upgrade to the full account
online? I would like to purchase a retail game key digitally and not
have to go and buy a box.

Just finished the trial myself and flushed out some of these answers:

Beyond the trial one does need to purchase a retail key to continue playing (and remove trial account restrictions on level, gold, etc).

There is an online upgrade option available for $39.99 (+tax in some states, including my own)
    Log into account management
There should be two large boxed sections. The lower one for entering a retail code from a purchased box of WoW.

The upper section should have a button link to "Upgrade Online Right Now!"
which will take you to a page to enter billing info to purcahse a retail upgrade immediately online.
The states that charge tax on the online upgrade option are listed in their support pages Found Here.

The downside is that with a little luck you can sometimes find a retail box in a store for $29.99 (but definitely + tax).
But it lacks the instant gratification of the online upgrade ::::02::

Yeah! you have two options then, after your trial you can keep playing by subscribing it directly from blizzard or you will just buy a retail cd key from the store or you can also buy it online - I've heard gamersloot.net is one of them you can try it then. With your retail cd key, you can now continue playing the game and on or before your 30 days free play will end you need to buy the 60 days prepaid gametime card just in case you don't want to charge it from your credit card.
