since FFXI doesn't have any official support forum, update me please
Okay, so I played FFXI when it first came out on the AMerican side. Fall 2003. I managed to level up my elvaan warrior to lvl 15, and was working on the quest to get my subclass when my first free month was over.
Back then, beside UO, FFXI was the only other MMORPG i played (beside a stint of EQ on friend's account), so I didnt know if going to lvl 15 in a month of playing (I played like only a week total out of the month because I was starting freshman in college)
Anyways, fast forward to now, and I'm playing WoW, and if I wanted to, I can get to 30 or so in a month of casual playing (5 hours a week)
Now, after thinking about FFXI, I started reading the forums about it, and am now curious about whether I should get back or not.
Since it has been almost 3 years already, I presume my elvaan has been deleted.
After checking out these forums, it seems as though the core of FFXI is still there. GRoup play is the only way to level past 10.
But money seems to be easier to come around this time? If you know where to farm?
So, with the latest patches, which class got nerf? I heard ranger got nerf big time.
Anyway, also, if anyone is willing to help me out, and get the gist of thing if I decided to come back to FFXI, and has a world pass, I won't stop you
