Rerelease an Ultima Give it Lineage graphics and let the current player base Upgrade their characters gear (mabyes houses) etc. to the new world the loyal fanbase deserves it. This would help alot they have done a good job of fixing the pvp system lately and its actually pretty balanced and interesting now The problem is the horrible graphics scare off new players also the staff could use some reworking FIRE all the current GM's Hire some helpful ones. Redo Factions Improve Quests Give it an instance theme so top guilds dont dominate the champ spawns and make the world bigger or in better proportion so houses dont dominate so much although I dont think thats too great a problem the housing system is pretty unique to UO and I think it should stay because Rares are such a big thing in UO and without a house to show em off who wants em? 
Regardless I think UO's biggest problem ATM is graphics sure people can say "Graphics dont matter if the gameplay is good!" thats simply not true Gaming (especially MMO gaming) is about being someone else Living a different life in a different time doing things you could never do IRL and you want this experince to be as real as possible Graphics matter alot...
