HOUSE

Anyone else seen this show?  Comes on Fox, I watch it every chance I get and, the scripts in the show are brilliantly written.  The ep with the boy causing "miracles" left me speechless.

Wouldn't surpise me if this show wins many awards.

Great show, very original in my opinion.

Not many other medical dramas out there, and the ones that are revolve around a good-guy doctor with a soft heart.

    House is an asshole

Yep, I watch it when it arrives in the UK. I still find it funny that during the Grammy Awards, so many Americans thought Hugh Laurie was American. He does do a great job impersonating.

He's an actor not an impersonator. Same thing could be said of american's acting in europe people just don't know about. Cmon man, that's just arrogant.

Professor Hubert Farnsworth - That question is less stupid but, you asked it in a profoundly stupid way.

Wow... hold your horses, I didn't mean to be arrogant. I'm saying an impersonator, as he's British, and is impersonating an American. Which part of that comment is me being arrogant?

Ok, when you feel like answering properly and not being cocky, do feel free to come back. He is an impersonator and an actor, and I don't see how that's me being arrogant.

Learn the difference between impersonation and acting. If you knew that before you posted wouldn't be in this mess.

Oook then, didn't know we were in a mess.

"An Impersonator is someone who imitates or copies the behavior or actions of another. There are many reasons for someone to be an Impersonator, the most common could be..." [source]

Now, wouldn't it be safe to say that Hugh Laurie, a British actor with a very strong British accent, is impersonating and acting (like I said before) as an American doctor? Seems right to me, what about you?

So that would make an actor an impersonator and an impersonator an actor, right?  I see your point.

    Hmmm...  I am lerned now.
