How is this game?

in Final Fantasy XI
Its been a long while since I have played... I have missed Bastok greatly.  I have a 70 RDM and was thinking of returning but... well, i was really turned off by the whole... waiting for group thing.  But are there any new things going on in game that make it worthwhile?

    70 RDM turned off by waiting for group?

    You must have had a bad reputation as a RDM then, cause every RDM i know waits like 5 minutes for a group.

    I dont think I did... :(

    I always had to wait like 10-15 minutes or more for a grp (whenever I wasn't with my leveling party).  So... basically I only played for like 3 hours with my leveling group.  Then played WoW.  And then WoW launched and... solo leveling>Waiting for grp and I just canceled.  I just did my 3 month renewal (cuz I really don't want to lose my lvl 70) and  was wondering if I should pick it back up for the summer).

    Im guessing from your reply that is a yes.

    With a lvl 70 im sure you know the depth of FF11;s content... Have you done like everyhting... What about sky, or trying to lvl advance jobs, and hunting NM's and all that good stuff. Get a linkshell also if you dont have one... I mean a good one at that!

    The new expansion added a ton of new content to the game. Monsters attack the new town fairly regularly. Chocobo breeding is coming out soon. Fun stuff like that.
