Spite, An EverQuest 2 Guild

As the release of EverQuest 2 grows nearer and nearer, we all grow more excited and more anxious. It is because of this anticipation that so many die-hard gamers have united to form guilds before the game is even released. One of these guilds formed, is called Spite.
Spite is an EverQuest 2 guild that I just thought some of you would be interested in. We just recently published our site for public access, in fact our forums dont have much content in them at the moment due to the fact that they were just published. Come check out the site www.spiteguild.com for more information. Also, feel free to post on the forums or here if you have any questions. We are still in the process of constructing the website, so some features are not yet supported. However, we have tried to include as much information as possible for the first publishing of it. If we missed anything or you want to know something particular, just drop me an email or post on the boards. Updates are being made daily, so new information is on our site as often as possible. The site looks NICE.
Just one thing. On your title page, at the very bottom you have "site/forum".
The choices are tooo far down the page. At first I thoght the site was incomplete.
You should move the choices up much, much, futher. At least half-way up higher than it now is.

Thanks, I didn't realize that it was that big of a problem because the only screens that I have viewed the site on are over 800x600. I'll be fixing the problem mentioned above shortly.
Hey, I just thought I'd put some more information up on this thread. At the moment, Spite is looking for strong players to build the "core" of our guild. These 20 people are going to be the group that we go into the game with in the beginning. Unlike what many other guilds are doing, which is accepting up to even 100 members sometimes, we feel that especially in the young stages of the guild it is a good idea to keep it small. SOE has released some information over the past months that, in addition, imply that raids will be kept down to 24 people. With this number, we feel it is overkill to accept 70 members to the guild. A couple weeks after the game comes out and we have established ourselves on whatever server we play on, we will re-address the members issue to see if we are in need of more.
Now about Spite. Like I have said before, we are really aiming for end-game. In the beginning phases of EQ2 the guild will be a resource for the success of its members. As the site says, "Whereas the average player will sign on for the first time with no friends and no one to group with in the beginning, Spite members will already be in contact with each other on the boards at the site, and will be able to launch right into game play." Therefore, the time and playing demands wont be that serious in the beginning. However, when Spite reaches the end-game levels, we plan to be participating in several large-scale guild functions a week (ie raids etc.). We aim to be one of the most successful guilds, and if we have a great group of dedicated people from the very beginning, we believe that will make it bounds easier.
