Teamspeak I think is popular with the GW community...if not try ventrillo.
This is a sequence of characters intended to produce some profound mental effect, but it has failed.
Ventrilo by far is the best VoIP program around. I've used it and TeamSpeak2 extensivly and have found Ventrilo gives you better sound quality, uses less system resources, and server rent costs less. I used Ventrilo for about a year with my old EQ2 guild and noticed little to no performance difference with it running or not (but EQ2 runs like ass anyways).I've also been using it with the multi-gaming clan i helped start for the past 8 months and it causes no decline in game performance that i can notice.

mouth and a microphone for games that have it and all of our phsycik powers
most used: Team speak, ventrilico, Xfire.
other uses: MSN, Roger willlo.
For least used: AIM, Zango.
Team speak is the best due to the least lagg.
Ventrilico and Xfire may caue a bit of lagg.
Msn has good sound the rest are ok.
Vent or TS2.
I don't recommend Xfire or any other program that monitors your online gaming habits. XFire is, imo, glorified spyware.
