14 days trial, or "14 days trial" ??

I dont get it ?

If the game is 14 free to play, why do u need my cc info, BEFORE i even started to play? Game may be good, i dont know. Imo, it sux when some company wants your cc data before, and "gives" you the trial after.

It's still free and I guess it's a way to stop multiple trial accounts being made by same person.

The trial IS free, but there is one important thing to remember: Hit the "cancel" button right after setting up your account. Otherwise, your CC will be charged for the subscription duration you entered when you set up the account. Sneaky bastards

It's some 12 year old kids that the company is worried about.  You must be an adult to set up an account.  Per the EULA:

"B. Eligibility to Establish Account Limited to Natural Persons; Shared and Commercial Use Prohibited; Responsibility for Use of Account

Accounts are available only to individual, natural persons who are adults or, in the discretion of such an adult, his or her minor child.

If you are a minor, your parent(s) or guardian(s) must complete the registration process, in which case he/she/they will take full responsibility for all obligations under this Agreement. BY CLICKING THE "I ACCEPT" AND "CONFIRMED" BUTTONS, AND PROVIDING US WITH A CREDIT CARD NUMBER, YOU REPRESENT THAT YOU ARE AN ADULT AND ARE EITHER ACCEPTING THIS AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF YOURSELF OR ON BEHALF OF YOUR CHILD, IN WHICH CASE YOU REPRESENT THAT YOU PERSONALLY WILL BE BOUND BY ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS HEREOF.

Just because it's a free trial doesn't mean it's open season for minors.
