Any word on when the beta phases / release date will be?

    No.

    Some of us (including me) thinks beta this fall and release Q2 2007, while other seems to think beta fall 2007 and release 2008.

    No word from Icarus about it though.

    "when it's ready" according to them,
    the game looks and sounds pretty near complete, my guess is they are waiting for Neptune and Saturn to align properly before beta.

    Development isnt anything you can put a definite date on. Soonish is my only guess. Fall/early winter 2k6 for a closed beta then a few months of open beta and stress tests on the servers.

    Hoping for a q2 2k7 full release myself, but again, you cant put a timeline on things. Comapanies that post dates then have to set them back earn bad reps.
