would like to see when a game was released to(the acctuall date it was released)

 as it is now only not yet released games show a date/quater.

would be nice to have on the released games too (granted u can check each manually but then u might get hyped about a game u missed  and frankly feels stupid to try since most games have a community decrease over time.)

    Yeah the ability to sort by date release / programmed release date (reguardless of whether the game has been released) would be great. Game hopping isnt as easy as you think.
