Well I filed a ticket yesterday because *surprise* part V of "working for boba fett" was broken. Not an hour later I was contacted by a CSR who asked me a couple of questions and then asked me to log off for 15 minutes while he checked out my account.
When I came back he commented the ticket to say he couldn't get the quest to work either so gave me the xp reward and the pistol reward. In addition to that, since I had to stop in the middle of a quest for the Jedi Starfighter to log out, he set that portion of the quest to complete so I wouldnt' have to redo it.
The CSR's also took over the account of a guildmate of mine who was having trouble and sorted out her issues for her. In the three years I've played I never had a CSR do this - mostly they'd just say "sorry we cant help you but we're aware of the problem."
It seems that at least something in this game is actually improving.

Ok....mister cynical...there are more than 40 playing....maybe 150.....but yeah...some of the CSR's actually do their job right.
I should know...I was a CSR once. NOT for SW:G.
