There are plenty of new and exciting games coming soon from LucasArts, including some great, highly anticipated Star Wars titles. Hear the news from the LucasArts team about these, and about the coming Indiana Jones game, plus glimpse some of the new technology that will help make coming games the most exciting to play yet!

Hopefully some real info can be obtained about SWG.

    That thing about the classic SWG is dated July 20th. "hint hint" Maybe there going say something about it at Comic Con!

    One of the games is that Darth Vader game they are making I know that much, and the big deal about the Indy game is that new AI technology they are using, it was at E3. I really, really doubt they will even whisper anything about SWG, not because the game is 3 years old, but because wherever SWG goes, bullshit follows.

    We can only hope they announce a new MMO title done by somone else -- that would bury SWG within seconds of accouncment.    I still want to see people take the heat for it though, blame and all.

    yeah a new star wars mmo would be cool, to either get the classic swg on or a new sw mmo alltogether would be killer

    If they announce another Star Wars MMO im preety sure it will be either during the Old Republic/Mandolorian Wars/Great Sith War era, or during the New Jedi Order (post Episode 6). Personally Id prefer the Old Republic, but odds are it will be after the movies. Both are HUGE ifs, I really dont know if LA can afford to take the chance with another MMO.

    I DVRd all the E3 coverage on G4 tv, and found it funny when they were talking with that idiot from LA, no mention was made of SWG at all.

    Well, also remember that the "Press Release" contained a timeline bump. What ever happened to the Timeline bump TH said was coming soon in January? If the release was real, that's an interesting coincidence, especially considering that Smed said they were "putting expansions on hold" and that leaked Resume site of one of the Dev's (Smed was questioned about it and said it was "Interesting", and never denied it) that claimed they finished an already completed 4th expansion....

    Looks like the Rumored Hoth Battle Planet may be coming, lol...

    I'll start my own SWG... with Black Jack... and Hookers!!!

    In fact, forget the SWG!!!!

    I believe a Dev (may have been Pex) stated last week that Restuss was one of the events they are using to advance the timeline forward.  I'll see if I can find the thread or if I was up too late and hallucinating :P

    I don't think a new MMO would be announced so soon. I hope though that one is under development and won't be like SWG. If they did announce a new MMO another mass exodus of SWG players would leave and move onto better things so they could wait for the new MMO. The launch of a new MMO would be the final nail in the coffin for SWG.

    Would be the nail in the coffin for SOE, not LA, being they will get money whether its from a joint venture with SOE, another company, or by themselves.. And like SOe did to the playerbase, I can see LEC going with a different company if it makes them more moeny than what SOE made them.

    well i know bioware is making a mmorpg so maybe they will announce that they are letting them make a star wars one. that would be dope considerin how good biowares games are

    I think it is likely that the next SWG MMO would at least be in the advanced planning stages by now, it'd have to be if they want to get it out before 2009.

    And, it makes sense to me that it would likely NOT be a successor to SWG, in that it wouldn't be set in the trilogy timeline, but set in the late pre-EP4 time where the live action TV series is going to be set.

    You'd still have the Empire and the Rebellion, and it'd be during the Jedi purges so you would have at least an excuse to have more Jedi around.
