Everyone loves him again.
He replied saying he's reading our questions and will find out more info. I relpied saying " It about time wouldnt you say TH".
Everyone is his friend again and its just sad to see. I told people not to thank him because its his job to let us know whats going on. We are paying customers and demand answers. I told people to not rest until our questions were answered and then someone comes along and tells me to go away.
SOE got their traget audience. One that doesnt demand answers but just bends over and enjoys being shafted. Not sure if this is topic worthy but i think its kinda funny how people are so easily pleased.

I care because i work in customer service and I know how to treat my customers. I think what people like TH do is a disgrace and they should never ever work with the general public ever again.
They fail. And I hate seeing my fellow SWG lovers being treated in such a way.

Answering although you have not asked me. I played a month to check this Restuss event (total failure from the perfomance and bug/exploit point of view) and see the expertise system/colision detection/etc. I like to flame the official forums with facts and realities and I have lot of fun how devs avoid such posts and answer just the optimistic and "soft" ones. My subcription is running out soon though and I won't be able to check those things from chapter2 that were somewhat interesting.
Some people care about awsome customer service in real life situations (non-game related), but could care less if the customer service is great on their video game as long as the game is working and is fun.
Not everyone is the same. You have to admit that much. It is possible that there are plenty of people who find the NGE fun and could careless about the customer service.
While I don't agree with SOE's business practices and I like the Pre-NGE more than the NGE, I have to say one thing. SWG is the ONLY SW MMO out there. It is fun to some degree in it's current form. No less fun then any other game in my opinion. SOE has every right to change the game as many times as they want. I may not like their decisions, but at least I can admit that they have the right to make them. Just as we have the right to hit cancel on the account page.
I have worked Customer Service myself and never had complaints and got lots of compliments from my customers. One thing that I can remember is that sometimes we are misunderstood and percieved as doing a bad job or that there are things going on behind the scenes that prohibit the service reps from doing what the customer wants. I don't know TH really, but I want to make sure that you all keep in mind that he might be doing as much as he is allowed to do.

I am a current Subscriber because I still have friends that play SWG and as bad as SWG is i dont enjoy any other mmorpg. I'm a star wars fan. Thats why i care.

You'll never see Pre-CU from SOE or a new Star Wars MMO because people just settle for the garbage they shovel to them and constantly complain but don't cancel, or you have the other people who subscribe for a month to "check out the new features" even though they know it's going to suck. All the battered housewives keep SWG and the NGE going, but come to the forums complaining and think SOE actually cares while they pay them money.

Well Thunderheart is a wonderful person hooorayyyyyyy, but in regard to your questions he may or may not answer them, if he does answer them wonderful, but if he does not, then that could mean he does not care about you or your question, either way it should tell you something. Awwwww Blondeh, I do not have a huge ego, I do have an ego which only comes naturally from being very successful, however I do not see that as a bad thing. Even though I do have an ego I am able to respect other people, I do accept other people for who they are and there opinions, even if I do not agree with them, much like the many posters here I respect there views and treat them with respect, I do not make assumptions about who they are, what kind of person they are based on posts. One great thing about an ego, and please do not take this personally, is that someone like you Blondeh does not really matter at all, and one day you will grow into maturity and understand that, until then keep trucking. The point is that if you ask questions and they are never answered and this has been the norm for the past 3 years, and this cause the person to be frustrated and aggravated then why bother asking questions if you know they will not be answered, and further why bother playing the game if all of this causes the person to become frustrated and agitated. But I do have to catch my plan so you all have a wonderful week and enjoy your weekends. Thank you for your time.
