Send a letter to the owner, eitch he can wipe jis ass with it if he wants, As long that he does'nt charge for the server, There is Nothing SOE can do, Sure they can scare the hell of the people cuzz of the money, But as soon that they get someone whilling to go to court with them, They will back off, too much bad press allready, The emu is allready Open source, Nothing else SOE can do.

I'd much rather play the EMU than NGE. Even if it crashes, no population, whatever. Anything is better than that NGE crap. SO I guess we can say we'll never see you in the EMU.....

The Emu is MY only hope of ever playing a decent and fun SWG again.
Clearly the developers are unable to do so, and they even admitted so at the summit. The code was too hard for them to understand and work with.
Now, if you're going to sit there like a lil NGE fanboi kiddie and ruin that for us, because you can't stand the fact that players such ass I, that really really, did not fall for the shallow gameplay, uninuitive comtrols and ui and really booring kill, loot, repeat game that your beloved NGE is, then, who's the looser here?

I think I would play it as a single player game just to be able to CH, hunt, and explore again.
I have great hope for all the emu servers out there. The UI is from pre CU as well as the fell of the movement. Considering they just got the code up on wednesday everything is proceeding according to plan.
And another bit of hope it brings per se - the amount of unpublished material is now coming to light. Star Destroyer interiors and a certain gungan city have been discovered. Nothing to be done with now but definately interesting...

Cybernetics were added to client with publish 10. Just FYI.
If they are not stupid (however I doubt it), they already know everything about Emu. I'm even sure they tried it and loged in the zone to see.
Wait 'till it comes out. Yes, SOE can shut down servers, but who knows how many servers will be out there? It's stupid all the NGE guys talk about lawyers etc. It's not up yet, we'll see who is right.
