jrenjoijrenjoi Member Posts: 5
Hey guys i have an ATI X800 and my graphics arent up to par with some screenies i seen around. i have most settings on high/maximum, my only issue is the tearing on char models/buildings etc. This isssue is suppose to be corrected by antialiasing 2x or 4x etc... but i dont see this in any of the display options... help ?

Your computer can't handle it like mine. I have it all maxed out.

Congratulations on such a conctructive post Avision.

Anyways, on to the post at hand.  There's no option in the video settings for Anti-Aliasing.  You have to add it to your eq2.ini file.  I can't remember the exact line, but I know it's on the official forums somewhere.  Run a search on the official EQ2 forums for "anti-aliasing" and see what comes up.

Tearing is usually the result of running with V-synch off.  Turning v-synch off is popular with the competitive over clocking crowd but it's not really a good idea.
