Help please :< (GWF code=013)

in Guild Wars

I have a problem in GWF, when i try to log on to my char some message pops up and then it kicks me out of the account, its a code=013 or something, anyone know what to do?

    afaik code 13 is server down.

    Note: PlayNC will refuse to allow you access to your account if you forget your password and can't provide a scanned image of the product key for the first product you purchased..... LOL
