With me in command I would make sure US was better than them. I would also send all illegal immigrants back to their country and close down the mexican border. The canadian border would still be open.

The only thing perpetually stupid is drug use, not the police action thereof.
You need to take a hard look at your hobbies and find ones more fulfilling and future-oriented. You can't go shooting heroin into your forties; you will be dead or in rehab. It simply does not work out well for anyone.
