Whats Happened?

Alright, I played SWG when it came out. Loved it... Now i hear it is horrible. I was thinking about coming back and wondering if i really should. I do want the old SWG back from all i hear about it. Why do they not bring it back? Everyone knows more people would play it if they brought it back.

So should i even try to play again? Think itll ever come back?

CU happened first. Wasn't to bad, it was what I say the mainly skeleton of SWG just with a makeover. It still had skill points, same profession, fixed some thing, added other, added colorful useless effects.

Then the NGE happened, it took out what skeleton was left and gave nine iconic proffesions, a psueo-First Person Shooter system where your main attack is fire by clicking mouse 1, and you must only keep your cursor on the target to do the same damage where you aim(Can't do headshots)Simplified the specials, although they're adding supposdly more with expertise or what have ya. You're stuck questing, looting for anytthing. Weapons, armor, decorations, and even leveling. Must have both expansion to effectively level, unless you're willing to let the Chinese level the old way, which they do it because they like it.

Yet some people like that kinda stuff. You can try, but if you really enjoyed the old game you'll probally be lost and wondering why they changed it.
