The R'AGING AGErs of Kettemoor are taking an extended break from SWG but first we wanted to express our sentiments to SOE in this video:

We're still working on our memories of Kettemoor video and hope to have that done soon. In the meantime, we hope you enjoy(?) this.

That was excellent. I thought the cameo wow appearance was a very cool touch.
PS: I hope you don't mind, but I posted the link on Hairy Jedi. A lot of our members don't come near these boards for various reasons, and I don't want them to miss out on such a class act.
Shoulda done something like that, yet we all had a race hit the cancel button first.
Whole guild of 26 players, with a total of about 70 toons between second, third,(some fourth accounts) and of course, the second slots from Jedi.

Soe and LA really screw it this time, they deserve that the game is shut down and all we fans deserve a Star Wars MMORPG that is worth of the name, but never developed by SOE
I've noticed that the quotes in red are fairly difficult to read if you're looking at the putfile version. I'm in the process of re-rendering the video with the quotes in white. I hope this will alleviate that problem. Unfortunately, you guys don't get to see the 9 gig version I watch on my computer.
This rendering might take a little while because my motherboard, video drivers and XP are not playing nice right now.
I appreciate the link that was put on the other site ... and your comments. This was fun to make (but not as fun as Darth Velveeta *sigh*).

good movie. my only gripes are why didn't you do it with settings maxed out, I'm pretty sure I was able to see all 5 fingers on the hands when I played, yet on your vid I see a thumb index, and then the other three fingers look fused lol. If your computer can't handle it without it looking like a slideshow, that's understandable
Also some of the quotes are not on screen long enough to read. I had to rewind and pause a couple times to read them. Otherwise, good movie, love the WoW cameo as well, after all WoW is what they wanted to make, but it actually works O.o
Outstanding using Queen, however half of the Demograph I know never heard that song.
Killer VIdeo and someone should shove it in Smedleys face... This is what THEY thought was for the best, over and over and over.

Seeing that makes me think why the game did have so much to offer... even though they took it all away.

Nice vid. Interesting point that you, like me have hung around the NGE for far too long, in the hope that things would actually get better. Hell, I've spent the last couple of months just crafting and waiting, but I do think time and reason had now caught up with me
And it sucks when that hits, almost as bad as them feeding you bullshit.
I know, I experienced it... you just kinda go.. "Um, what the fuck?" -- "why?"--lol I think alot of us did that don't worry... (I lasted one month almost in the NGE) -- that was to long...

same here. I left when the CU hit, came back when the NGE happened, hadn't played in so long that I stayed around long enought to grind two 90 jedi, then hung around for a couple more months hoping they'd see the light and my account finally ran out the 16th. the last couple weeks, I was logging in only to play with mods and to see if anyone had emailed me anything lol. I'm done with it. I'll get my pre-CU back one way or another. Just depends on if I'll be paying for it now I guess.
Actually, our farewell videos were something I didn't get done. We all started playing WoW (which I'm bored with already but at least it works) and the guildies were interested in taking some parting shots at SOE. I had to re-up to make it ... and COERCE my husband into re-upping. Yeah, he's there under duress.
Regarding the quotes ... I pretty much used quotes these guys have been crucified for already. So, if you see the word 'entertainer' and ChrisCao many of us remember that ... or ANYTHING about camping you know it's Helios. And we don't even have to bring up reading.
As far as Queen goes -- LMAO, there just wasn't another song I could think to use that had that special bite to it. You can't get much more appropriate than, 'you're a sewer rat decaying in a cesspool of pride.'
And last but not least, the dancing -- Peiyi ... JUST SAY NO. My girls improvised that OTHER step.

It's still good.. This is one of those things I would love to hijack the projection device they used at the summits with.
I mean it would have been killer to see it there, big screen... crowd watching and cheering.. Oh man, seeing the heads hang low of the Devs sure is fun.
Sad it's come to this though, instead of supporting them at one time I now despise them for thier lies.
