WHatever happend to Roma Victor?  Their forums are dead and I haven;t heard much about it since it was released.  Just curious.

There really isn't much to tell you.  Its been a rough release.  Of course fanbois will tell you this always happens, which is true, but that doesn't make it right.  They were able to charge my Visa well enough.

I want to give a review of the game but its hard to do since its been extremely difficult to play.  You have to attempt to log in 10 times before you get in.  You get logged out for no reason or you get stuck.  Then you have to attempt 10 logins again.  That makes me find other things to do around the house.  I really haven't played it all that much. 

I will give my initial feelings though.

Game may be a little too realistic.  At night (which lasts 3 hours) you can't see ANYTHING.  Although I agree that it is realistic....its not a whole lot of fun.  I didn't pay the money to get something I could have in my own backyard.  Someone posted on the forums that there should be an in game map.  Another guy ripped him as this was not realistic.  I agree.  But in looking for the forest I can't actually SEE the forest because its not drawn at a far distance....that's not realistic.

There is no tutorial.  This makes starting game difficult in my opinion.

The UI isn't that great.  Its very clunky.  To talk you must press enter (which is fine) but the enter on my number pad next to my mouse doesn't work.  If you are walking and hit enter to say something you stop walking.  To look in your inventory you must hit enter to bring up the cursor then click on the inventory tab.  This cannot be done while walking.  Although its not that big a deal I am finding it mildly annoying.
