Bastages just ripped me off

I just got ripped off by turbine the pieces of crap ill never play their games again,I went bought a game card 60 days.And activated my account played for about 2 hours i got booted and my account suspended do too non payment i email them with the receipt they gave me in my email pretty much get a tough luck.Dunno but gameplay is good but when it come to stealing my money and runnin with it i wonder if i can file a suit against em.

    Was the timecard no good?  Did you buy it from an actual store?  Cause if you bought it from a real store you could return it.  It's not Turbines problem.

    No its turbines problem i used the card and my account was activated for 2 months like the card was suppose too then as im playing i get booted and get a message saying i was booted from the realm or whatever.then i find out they suspended me do too non payment.even got the email receipt for activating my account.Prolly just a glitch in their system ima investigate further before i get even more annoyed im more mad cause of the fact they yanked my money lol.

    I don't much like DDO but Turbine is good about billing.

    It sounds like you bought a 60day game card, played for two months and now they cancelled your account , right?

    Two months is roughly 60 days.

    Yeah, but if this was the case, they should have stopped his account for access to the worlds, sure, but not ban him for their mistake.  Or am I missing something here?

    Chances are its just a mistake/bug, just give them a call(Customer service for games suck through emails, so just call)

    THERE IS NO PROBLEM.

    You aren't banned. Your time card ran out while you were playing and it kicked you off. Your card paid for 60 days and you got it. All you have to do is buy a new card and you'll be able to play agian. YOU ARE NOT BANNED AND TURBINE DID NOT RIP YOU OFF.

    the guy bought a 60 day card ...activated the account using said card ....on the actavation page it tells you how many days till next payment ...or how many days you can play ..this is what he is refering to.....

    he then got kicked 2 hrs into his 60 day pre paid time allotment ..not 2 hrs after he used up his time .
