Why cant i make a god damn account to this game??

I fill up all the stuff check the 2 boxes and then when i click submit it keep telling me and telling me "Check id for uniqueness". Wtf im i suppose to do nowI wanna play the fucking game.CAN ANYONE HELP ME PLZ.

 Check your name for uniqueness then if it is ok continue on.

Hey doodler222 i really dont understand what u mean and are u talking about the bottom that says "Check ID" cus if yes well i alwas check my ID and it stills says the same thing.

Hi there,

Have you got the latest client and are you using Internet Explorer? 

When I started with closed beta, I had the same problem until I realised that I had not read and obeyed the most important part of the instructions at the time... that the Hero website (at the time) was not optimized for other browsers, and it sounds like it still is not.

Give that a try.

ARE YOU USING INTERNET EXPLORER (IE)
if not use that and go to the website

Look for a button that says "check id"
usually located next to the place where you type in your account name

also like the previous writer said
check to make sure you have the latest client
im not sure if this is on a website or on the client
but he would know more than me

okay i have Ie and i did check the check ID thing it it still did the same thing and im really getting tired of this. And where do i get this latest client

The whole "check ID for uniqueness" thing is there for when your ID is used by someone else.

Are you trying to use a common ID? Try some different ones with numbers and such. Switch things around. Account names like "HardCoreGamer" is most likely taken by someone else. A name like "Whjgnowe293" however is probably not taken by someone else.

Ya but when i click the "Check ID" it says that the ID that i want is not being use. And i tryed with a weird name that is "whjrunner12" and didnt still didnt work.So can u tell me an other solution.

right after u click check id,
click submit.

if you alter or type anything it can register as a change.
And you would have to check again

You probably already did this but i dont know what else to tell you

Try registering an account on a different computer. Your friends' maybe? Library? I don't know why, but sometimes that makes the difference...

Try doing this.

Using Internet Explorer, go to Tools / Internet Options and delete your cookies and history.
Close IE.
Open IE and go back to http://www.netgame.com/account/new_account/index.php

Try again.

Oh... and make sure you enable pop-ups for the site.
