Any News for NA players???

When I saw the announcement of the NA Ip ban i quit right then and there. At the same time there was a rumor about a NA client being released on the 24th of this month, so its the evening of the 23rd and I decide to do some searching. I can't seem to find any decent and substantial information about the NA client?

Anyone have any factual news regarding this?

lol and while we are on topic, anyone dare to help me get around the IP ban?
