"Irvine police credits their first place as safest city to their

environmental desgn that includes many safety standards such as
well-lit parking lots and video cameras at the majority of city
    intersections."

    *Shrug*

It was pretty much built to be safe... Lot of people refer to it as "Bubble City." I personally like to call it "The Truman Show."

But yeah... uber low crime rate results from such careful planning as well as strict policing (they actually fine jaywalkers).

Sometimes I wish my city of Myrtle Beach stayed the way it was 9 years ago. It was pretty peacefull, but today it's just an industry for tourist, backing up trafic. A lot of trees and are being destroyed and fresh air is taken away. North Myrtle Beach is holding strong with the wildlife, swamps and trees going though.

I live in Alabama.  In this town called Mobile (pronounced Mobeeuhl).
It's right on the Gulf of Mexico.
We get hit by hurricanes every year because God likes to slap us around on account of we're a bunch of stupid ass rednecks.
If you ever end up down here, don't stop for too long because you might disappear.  Especially if you ain't white, or don't have a southern accent, or don't carry a Bible, or happen to enjoy the same sex.
Yeah, it's a real nice open place.  A good place for you inteelekchuhl types.

Poor folks and rich folks.  It's a southern tradition.  They call them something different down here though.  I'll let you figure it out.

God I hate rednecks.  Somebody save me.
