PikoIsland is a free massive online pirate mmorpg. It is in very early beta stages but has much more work to be done on it. If you go on the game i will be there and can show you around if you want. The game is quite emtpy at the moment.

Its best to visit the forums to see all the updates and what is going on. I am called Lostnbroken in the game so it is easy to find me. If you join now, you might get extra privilages in the game. Check on the forums to also see the amazing updates to come in the game.

When the game is released you can make or join a crew and sail across the sea attacking other pirate crews. You can explore the world of PikoIsland and become the most feared pirate. You can train you wide range of levels from Battle to magic and sailing to engineering and many more. Trade your treasure for other treasures. And also remember to enjoy yourself.

lol I downloaded this game I laughed so hard almost fell out of my chair. Looks like a 3rd grader made this game in Windows Paint program lol

To be fair, we actually placed a large sheet of paper against a wall and splattered it with paint, then took a photo of it and just overlaid it against all the 3D renders. Sweet eh?

Our servers are currently open for people to just get a feel of our software, we will be building the game up around users so we can receive feedback and make changes as required - we will however still be doing smaller events (non-RPG) and you can find information about that at: http://www.mmorpg.com/discussion2.cfm/post/895082/thread/70198#895082

We expect the game (plus full gameplay) to be released within 3 to 5 months. I apologise to users whom have been waiting a long time as our resources were needed elsewhere - we recently decided to start afresh to create the best gameplay experience from a fresh slate but now we are moving we are set to pour thousands of hours and money into the development of the Piko Island experience and should you not decide to join us for our mini games over the next few month, I hope you will join us for our main release.

Nice of you to invite the community in at such an early stage and take part in the development. Im interested in all things pirate. Ill definitely be checking up on you guys to see how development is going from time to time.

I just hope the community establishes itself to make the game a good success when it is launched, to help that we have a few things planned including:
Quiz Nights (Quick fire questions from an unforgiving bot that gets a mood on if you answer too many wrong)
Scavenger hunts (massive area, very difficult)
Music nights courtesy of various online music sites that we will be having representatives of in-world for requests and the likes.
Even so, if you do not plan on coming in every day, its good to have an account (http://3d.pikoisland.com/register.php) and browser so you can come in for our special events as and when you please. I'm going to try and make sure that there is usually something or other going off at least once a week.
