DAOC OR AO?

Greetings,

I have a level 50 NS on DAOC, and I quit six months ago cause I hated rvr zerk. I also sold my old account at AO more than a year ago, because I hated doing repeat missions in the same town for 50+ levels. Now, I am looking to coming back. Should I pick up DAOC expansion TOA and give it another try, or Shadowlands for AO and relevel me a character? I can only afford one, so those who are still playing, how goes it?

Ok, first off I've never played DAOC, but AO i have played and i tell you, its a good game...........apart from SL, yes, SL wrecked the game imo, grind grind grind, run run run, grind some more, not my idea of fun, tho of course thats my opinion. I say go with DAOC

I say AO, i have been playing both and DaOC is great, but know what? Notum Wars is alot of fun! and wait for this summer the new expansion pack!Alien Invasion!!!!!

With the current state of DAOC and its love of people with Buffbot accounts, I'd say choose AO.

 

Any Game company that ignores the majority of it's gamers requesting a nerf to buffbots sucks IMHO.

Oi! Yeah, buffbotts are taking all the fun from AC. Most of the PC I come across are botts   The land of the living dead. I guess AO then, horizons is 50/50. Man, I wanted a good fantasy mmorpg, until the wailing is released.

AO has always been a half-assed game with nice graphics, go with DaoC, it sux less.

It's better be hated for who you are, than loved for who you aren't.
