More than one with same issue?
In that case, you can get banned.
I got a threathening note once for sending in 10 tickets on 10 different broken things with in the same subsystem. I almost quit because of it. Mine concerned a harvestor deleted (back when maintance was turned on) because of a serious of screw ups in the notification system and couple of other things. I did figure out one of things I complained about, I realized was working as intended.
But it is a stupid Customer Service attitude to ban someone for making legitimate bug reports.
No, it's not. If you spam them, you get warned to stop it. If you don't, you get banned. Sending one ticket on an issue is enough. Period. This has nothing to do with SOE.
Hi, just FYI. Sending in 10 different tickets is not spaming. If you notice 10 separate issues; you as a customer have every rite to try and get it fixed, and a good Customer Serivce organization would know this.
This is like taking a car in to get fixed becuase you noticed that your gas milage has droped by half [issue1] and on the way your AC goes out [issue2] and you notice your panel lights are not working [issue3] and so forth. You as the owner have every rite to list all your issues and ask that they be fixed.

Firstly, no, your expertise points as a Jedi are not determined by your faction when you first login after Chapter 2. Every lvl 90 pre-Chapter 2 Jedi is assigned the same boxes to give you the same abilities you had before the publish. Elder Jedi get nothing special with the expertise.
Did it ever occur to you that your template just might not be as good as you seem to think it is? If you went all general and only some from the Path trees then you were missing out on some pretty decent specials.
Hi Obraik, how's it going? I may be wrong but I think what he is saying is that the mods that you get as you place pts into your expertise system are getting counted mulitple times [Example: lets say for each pt you place in LS block you are suppose to get a 10% chance to block, I think what he is saying is that it is being treat more than onces so if you have 1pt in it, you're suppose to have 10% when you are actually getting 20% and so forth.
In thegood old days of SGW, before the fall [known as the NGE ] before the dark times...lol. We had defense stackers [this was more of a design flaw than a bug] but you could pick two profession that gave you dodge or [melee defense] ability and one would have say a stat of 50 and the other 60; instead of the system picking the highest [as it should have been] it added it together giving you 110, which made it very hard to hit you [probably why most were able to solo a Krayt].
Anyhow, I think what he is saying is he reported it and they fixed it for him but not others who are have the same bug.
And yes he's unusally mad, but it's sometimes difficult not to be when you feel cheated [hence why many vets left the game], , not that it is an excuse just the way it is for some unfortunatly.

Yeah, that's sorta what I thought he meant. I did do some searching on the forums, but couldn't find any mention of others mentioning simillar things happening at all. I just checked my Jedi who I haven't taken to a respec NPC to get his points re-allocated and nothing at all is doubled.
Maybe he was bugged (odder things have happened), but I can't help but think he's just not reading the expertise window properly.

Hi,
I agree he may be bugged and other may be as well but don't realize it and / or know they are and it's in their favor so they don't want to tell anyone...lol.
When I use to play [this once great game.. ] I generally had about a 80% success rate with the CSRs with no real problems. Of course when possible I made sure I put a good CSR name on my SGW firends list so that way I could shoot that person an e-mail when I had an issue and he was in-game...lol.
