Codemasters makes games!
Do you make games? Are they good? Can you make money?
Codemasters have plenty of games out there that make money for them, so... they are not just putting this playplus system of billing in just for greed. They are trying to bring a LEGAL way for people to spend money on a game they enjoy.
People buy in-game money online so they can further improve their character. Why should people get money off of a game they did not put any hours into the creating of the game.
I would rather pay codemasters for in-game tiime and currency instead of stupid money farmers that have no life than just stealing money for the company.
If you have a problem with the billing system, NOT even anything in the game, then DO NOT PLAY IT!!!!!!
If a person complains sooo much about how to bill people for a game, then go make your own. Then try to make money for your efforts. Then have people farm money in the game, then sell it online without giving any shares to you. Then you will know what the PlayPLUS system is for.
STOP SPAMMING! Play the game first then you have a right to complain.
I like the options playPLUS gives you and i am looking forward to this game.....10/10.

The credits that you get with the monthly subscription IS NOT the same as the in-game currency. It can ONLY be used to purchase NON-STACKABLE consumables and TEMPORARY power-ups. Also, EVERYONE, no matter what subscription package they are on has access to those items... but it is assumed that the people on the more expensive payment plans will also be the ones to play more... meaning the extra credits are intended to extend to the length of their play-time. You CANNOT purchase things like armor/weapons/accessories/etc with these credits and so it is NOTHING like purchasing in-game currency online (ebay). The intention is to make the game more affordable for a larger group of gamers to be able to play, but they have to balance things out somewhere so that they don't lose money... but if they are to convince some players to pay more, they have to offer an incentive. The incentive they are offering is MINISCULE and TRIVIAL, but there are some hard-core gamers out there that are still willing to pay for that small incentive. I seriously doubt it will unbalance the game (although that remains to be seen). People are blowing this system out of proportion, mis-interpreting it, and turning it into a catastrophic thing... most of the time without doing any research to find out what it actually is... basing everything they are whining about on assumptions. Codemasters knows what they are doing, they have been making games a long time, give them a chance. I mean... CHRIST people... are you THAT ignorant?!?! I am NOT a hard-core gamer... I am a casual gamer (yes, I actually have a life)... I will pay for the $10/mo subscription... and yet I think the system is completely fair... you don't see me complaining that some people are able to play more hours/week than me... stop your whining already. Give it a chance. Or you can take one insignificant thing and stretch it out of proportion and miss out on a really great game; your call, but I think it is obvious which option is more rational.
