Lion build help needed

OK... I started playing after painfull 4 hours of wait for the patch to install and created lion character... Now I only need some help and assistance in lvl points assigments??? Is there anyone who can point me right direction? I'm lvl9 [at 80%] and still confused where is the best place for sensitive character to put your points in? out of 4 points where would you invest your points?
When I assign points into the areas there is no visible difference in the lvl numbers... what are the points influence?
One more question - does everyone has problems with frequent disconnects? I know that there is limit of ppl that can join the server at the same time, but if you are already playing on one of the servers shouldn't you be able to stay online untill you log off?

Never had any disconnection issues (do get lag spikes though).
Lion = AC all the way, AC raises gun damage (only stat that does). Using a gun before the TM25-skill isnt too usefull because "loading" gets interupted each time a monster attacks you (doesnt matter if monster misses or hits).
