Hi all, been looking around for info and/or help with a problem i'm having with internet explorere. Havent found the info i'm looking for though.
In my favorite places when i click certain links it goes to completely different sites(not sites i have bookmarked or have ever visited)
The links are correct in properties, and if i manually type them in it still goes to these sites i've never been to before. For instance if i click or type in www.fileplanet.com i end up at a gambling website. Or if i tried utube i end up at a teen @nal website, rather embaressing when i tried to show my young niece a vid from utube .
I even tried upgrading to the new IE beta, I installed it but it does the same thing. Ran several spyware and virus scans, still no good.
Btw firefox runs correctly but i still like to use both browsers.

Would suggest trying Adaware, or Avast (free for home use, and a very good piece o' kit).
