Looking for guild on Venekor

Hey guys.

I've been playing just a few weeks and I have a lvl 14 necro (Freeport), 18 troubador and a 20 berserker (Qeynos, which I play most).  I am currently in a guild which hasn't been going well. 

I am currently looking for a guild that is mature for one and friendly.  I know, I know, just about every guild recruiter says their guild is mature and friendly. But seriously, I need a group that enjoys playing together, whether it be PvP, XP, Quests or Raiding without solely focusing on just one of those types of gameplay.  Not all the same fable raid grind that I keep hearing about or booting of players from groups if theird DPS is low or their gear isnt up to par.  Basically a somewhat casual guild that is active with players that are willing to play with lower lvl players/noobies.

My likes:
Guild that will log on thier alt to play with lower lvls.
Guildmates willing to answer a few questions now and again.
Guild that really focuses on quests of all sorts.
Organized and fair ranking/promotions system.
Guild that doesn't focus on just one play style, they xp, quest, pvp and raid.
Teamspeak/Ventrillo Server and forums.
Maturity
Small to medium size guild that is friends with other guilds for raiding if need be.

My dislikes:
L33t speak.
Guild with 25 players on and no one answers a single well thought out articulated question.
Large guild with small pockets of groups that only know each other and never speak or play with anyone else except those they originally joined the guild with. I call them cliquish guilds.
Guild that only and allways grinds xp.
Guild that only and always PVPs
Guild that only and always Raids.
And last but probably the most important.  Guilds that spam /guild invites to random people they just met or don't even know.

I know this may seem too detailed but I am tired of being in bad guilds and I hate joining and soon leaving. So I am going to be more thorough in the future.
