Greetings all,

I have to say, I've been playing with a trial account, and I plan on subscribing.  I have played DAoC, WoW Beta, EQ2, and SecondLife (not really a game), and Ryzom by far takes the cake graphically and in gameplay.  Everyone I have met in game thus far has been very friendly and helpful, and the GM's are active in game.

Definitely worth a look if you haven't already.

I still can't believe how smooth it runs on my PC.  I played EQ2 from launch til the beginning of the year, and MAN was that a system hog.  Well, for my 5 year old PC anyway.

In my personal opinion, with the options available in Ryzom, and the fact that it runs lag free on my system, it's the best thing I've tried to date.

Nice to hear your having fun. You know the island plays a bit differently to the mainland right? (less people in as small a space which is not suprising seeming the mainland is so much bigger and not mission based, although there are missions they are more for raising your fame with the different factions). I don't think any of the differances are a problem but best to know about them before you go over.

Yep, I actually spoke with a GM for about 30 minutes or so in-game last night, and he told me pretty much the same thing.  I do appreciate the heads up though.  :)
