Okay, back to the sodomy laws. The sodomy laws have all been reversed by the Supreme Court a few years back. It turns out that they were basically there to give police an excuse to arrest homosexuals, and that violates the Constitution in that the law must be applied equally to everyone, because heterosexual couples never got busted for it. So no, you can no longer get arrested for acting out the kama sutra. If you do, you'll be released without much fuss.
lol, I live in Michigan, and under state law it is illegal to have sex on Sunday. Really, I'm not joking...it seems back in the 1800's the loggers would come into town on Saturday, shack up through Sunday, and not be available for work first thing in the morning on Monday. So, the State legislature tackled that difficult problem by making sex illegal on Sunday so the loggers would return to the logging camps. And we all thought our elected representatives were to soft to tackle the tough issues....and they never repealed that law.

well, it would be illegal if you get caught(funny). don't really know if this law is really upholded, if you do it at home and with 2 consenting adults, still consider illegal? if you don't disturb and hurt the people around you i think there's no problem at all. people should mind their own business!! just don't do it in public.. i supposed a lot of porn stars should be in jail right now. oh! i think this thing is presently active in prison..wth do i care..

I think the bedroom is one of those places the government just doesn't belong. It seems so strange that anyone would actually support this. But there were plenty of them saying it needed to stay in the law books.
