Is it just me but has gaming taken a nose-dive when it comes to mmorpg's and such...........the only games ive played(so far):
WoW: since the first release.....kinda on and off Eq2: buddy of mine let me make a char and fool around with it......bah Lineage 2: beta........bah Guild Wars: doesnt have that mmorpg feel.......more like a rpg with online play Eve: im currently playing........jumping all over the place for a ship isn't the greatest idea, yet makes sense in a real life way. This has to be the most true-to-life game out there, which makes it the most appealing yet.....i dont know.........its like living another life(real time)
Try Guild Wars. That's not really a MMORPG to me but it's the only online RPG game I can stand today. The others are too slow. Tho you really seem to enjoy crafting so. And GW doesn't have any real crafting.
I'm afraid your game wont see daylight for ages.

First of all it took me almost a full day just to get it running. Mainly because trying to load a page on their forums took about 10 minutes each because FF would keep timing out... And when it is working it crashes alot. Like when you go into options etc..
At first it's really cool, It reminds me of Mario Brothers type of Nintendo basic fun.. I am not a kid but I liked being taken back into that world..For a day or two
Combat in Flyff is very simple, but satisfying to watch your character whack something really fast.. Instead of having a 1sec-2sec delay inbetween each strike, your character will hit maybe 2 or 3 times per 1sec. Other then that it is mindless combat.. Or I haven't leveled up enough to see more of the combat. So far there is no Qeueing of attacks, and its just hit one button and watch it happen and occasionally use a bigger attack which costs MP..
Community in Flyff is really really really crappy and annoying, I had to filter out and just leave the chat. People spam like there is no tommorow. I would love to smash everyone with giant rock when I go into towns.
I doubt I will make it to lvl 20 in this game just to fly around
Here is my SilkRoad update.. Point and Click moving doesn't belong in this game, they need a better system for moving around. Also it keeps crashing on me. But its pretty? So I wont be trying this again.
So now I look again for more MMO's which are skill based and WASD.. =
edit- And I could care less about what the game looks like IE Cutesy or Fantasy.. Just as long as it's not Real Life. And Not EVE..And to the one who said "Uhhhh... HUH?" to the crafting economy thing I said about EVE. What I mean by that is Jump to one place that has a ship you bought, get Ship, Jump to another place to buy Addons, Jump to another place to pickup more weapons/addons, then Jump back home to put it together.. I once spent 4 hours of my time just to make a ship.. And you are correct maybe that isn't Crafting..
Try RuneScape. It was fun for me while it lasted. It has ALOT to do. A great tutorial... but it is full of children and most people here may flame me for requesting this >.> lol.
[edit] I play games to escape reality and see new worlds and grind kierz.. Wwow! LOL ok, the graphics have to be a little better than this.. I cannot believe this game was made in 2002? I'm looking at the screenshots and I don't think I would be happy there =P But I thank you for offering.
What About Anarchy online? Does anyone know what thats like? Does it have WASD? Is it skill based? Fun?
What about Eudemons online? Has anyone tried that?
