So, I'm coming back to DAOC. What class, server, realm?

Class:

I want a class that is flashy and fun to watch and use.

Server:

I prefer the mature community of RP. I really would like to have people to play with, even at lower levels. Which server is the happening "roll a new character" server? Last thing I want is to have to solo to 50. I love to group.

Realm:

Unless someone can convince me otherwise, Midgard is too depressing. Hibernia can be rather TOO fantasy-ish. Albion... well that's where I played mostly before I quit the first time. *ponder ponder*

Advice? Suggestions? Comments? ANYTHING?!

    For a class I would say a Reaver, Server well the RP cluster imo has the most mature of all the communities however you will not always be able to find a group sadly, and it seems like you don't want to play any other Realm besides Albion...

    While you probally won't get alot of RP the Gareth server has the best consistant groups.

    As for a class go Friar why well Friars rock! Yes I am biased



    DOAC is still the MMO I judge other games by, My first and still my favorite.

    I too enjoy roleplay and am entering the game fresh- with very little idea of the roleplaying community. Perhaps we'll meet in the the game sometime, should we chose the same servers. I enjoy mature roleplay whether it be dramatic or casual.

    Warlock, very cool looking and have awesome spells.

    How is Midgard depressing? I love Midgard and we kicked ass in RvR. I think things might have changed, it's been a while. Look on the Herald about top Gareth RvR guilds, Winter is still high up there .



    And go Gareth, hands down. Great community (coming from a Mid, and before that an Alb.) Hibernia...ugh, Hibernia lots of brats, and over confident vamps and bainshees.

    Class: MINSTREL
    Minstrels are fun to play and great fun to be in a group with although if your not experienced at DAoC it might be difficult without the help of another minstrel to give you tips etc.
