if i don't care about pvp, is uo worth it?

in Ultima Online
i loved the old ultima series (let's just say i am not 18 anymore, lol) - and when i first looked many moons ago at uo i didn't really care for it somehow. but what the heck, i have tested a big range if mmos, but now i'd like to go back to britannia again!

then again, i am not a big pvp-er, and i heard the online series is quite big on pvp....

so what do you veterans think? should i give it again a try?

    You don't need to pvp to have fun in UO.  There is a lot more new content that has been added, it might seem overwhelming at first.  Even after you think you learned the basics of what is going on now it will take more time to learn about all the new dungeons and stuff, not a very newbie-friendly environment.

    Also, the economy is blown to shit

    PvP is by now only a small part of UO. There are so so many things to do. Id say give it a try :)
