Codemasters Email 19 feb

We are getting close for beta now, just got an email today from Codemasters in a survey asking

A) would i want to Download the Beta

B) pay 10$ for a CD to cover postage.

Anyone else get that?

    Yes, it is a questionnaire.  Please select download the beta....i hate having to receive the CD in the mail image

    Dont care what beta it is, no way would i pay a company to test they game. Even if it was towards the cost of a cd posted to me...that is the companies expense, not the testers.

    So I'm guessing if you didn't get that email your not in beta?

    Ugghhh...

    So much time and effort wasted on those people just to get into beta. O well, I'm just going to forget about this game until it releases. Good luck all on your beta!

    No, no, no, no, and NO.  Just because you did not receive the questionairre does not mean you didn't get into beta.  Actually, the questionairre has NOTHING to do with the beta at all.  This is from the Dragon Empires official site:

    "In the next few days we will be sending out a questionnaire to a selection of randomly chosen people. The purpose of the questionnaire is to gauge how people would prefer to receive their beta client in future beta phases. Don't worry if you do not receive one this time, we just want to get an idea of what a cross-section of
    people think. Please also note that this is *not* an
    invitation to beta! :o) "

    lol, I used to check the Dragon Empires site at LEAST 3 times a day, just a month ago. But I stopped following the game when the content was so slow on the website I could hardly bear it. So recently I havn't been checking it much at all.
