Heh... actually while humorous it's eerily true. EVE has one of the best player retention rates out there. I read somewhere that their retention rate is like an average of 8-9 months. Most MMO's is about 3.

The day I posted "I think the Sims are more fun then Eve right now..." My account was suspended, my bank refused my credit card purchase...so CCP say.
BofA on the other hand...says
1.We always pay DEBET CARDS if there is money in the account ($2,432.56)
2. We dont show a record of this purchase being submited
3. We dont know why they said that.
4. But the purchase from the Eve-online Store I made the week before went through no problem
5. And its has been 37 days and they still wont tell me why they suspended my account.
That childish behaviour....

I personally think you're full of crap because lots of people dis Eve on the Eve-O forums. CCP doesn't even bother deleting the threads, let-alone the accounts that started them.

I do know that CCP was having a well-publicized problem with their payment contractor for a few days. I'm sure that had nothing to do with your problem though, youre just so important they had to go out of their way to get rid of you.

CCP is full of nice and patient folks. I don't see them suspending your account because you said "EVE Online is about as thrilling as The Sims right now...", but rather, I see them responding "Why is that?".

I don't hate the game, but EVE fanboys are the worst, when someone dislikes their game. I belive him and he like didn't like their childish behaviour and you're saying that he is full of crap. Nice example of a fanboy.

You Eve fan-boys think Eve-Online is all that, the best game out there, the game to end all games. I tell you what. I enjoyed my three years playing Eve, I did not plan to leave it yet. But CCP's childish behavoir of suspending an account that is paid monthly by debit card not credit card, caused me to rethink my gameing plans and style.
So Mr. I cussed out the Devs, and the Forum Mods, and am still playing. Your full of shit. I told Eiris to go piss up a rope I was defending my self and got baned from the forums for a week.
I would hate to see what would happen if you said that to Oveur.
Based on that I have to say that I don't think you're telling the whole story. You can rant, rave, whatever all you like but the bottom line is: I don't see Customer Support in any MMORPG suspending someone for telling a forum mod to "piss up a rope".

Why is it that when somebody trying to make CCP look bad is made to look bad themselves, somebody always cries "EVE FANBOI!!"..? Trust me when I say, Eve fanbois aren't the worst. WoW fanbois are the worst. Eve fanbois are intelligent and can debunk most... if not all... of a rediculous scenario played out by those that were never actually in the scenario to begin with OR lied/with-held truths in order to make CCP look bad.
I KNOW the guy didn't get suspended for saying that. You know how I know? Past experiences with CCP. Because I've told offensive (if there ever was an understatement) dead baby jokes in local... pissing everybody off... and I didn't even hear a word from CCP. I've told people the rudest and crudest things to do to a cheating girlfriend before they dump them, and all I got was a, "we don't allow that talk on the forums, please watch your language." If I can tell somebody to fuck his cheating girlfriend up the ass and then dump the bitch and only get a slap on the wrist for it... then comparing Eve to the Sims is certainly a breeze that doesn't even run through CCP's hair.

Fan bois suck AZZ......they can't take their head out of their azz long enough to get any fresh air to allow their brains to function properly. Also they are usually some teenage pimply faced kid that has no chance at getting laid.
Face it EVE has it's problem one of which that iritates me to no end is the constant lag hickups. I have also never played a game that has so many server crashes. They definitely need to do some house work to fix the lag.
Sorry if I hurt any of your feelings.....well not really.
Ask most of the EVE fans here I'm anything but an EVE fanboi. I like the game but anyone here will readily step up and tell you that I am very critical of the aspects of the game that are 'broken' or that I don't enjoy
As to your 'lag hiccups' a lot (as in almost all) of them appear to have gone bye bye with the last patch
