As announced by RGD here, on August 23rd the new Medical Gameplay will begin.

This will seriously change a lot of things  the Tower.

    The medical gameplay went live today... so far I am pretty impressed but of couse it might need to be adjusted sligtly.
    New animations, a whole new gameplay element, new items.... I think its pretty good so far, granted I have only tested it for a few hours but seems a good amount of thought as been put into it :)
