I bet I could take on atleast 30 WoW players at the same time seeing how most of them are just kids anyways. A quick punch in the face and they'll cry for mama.

I would LOVE to know where you get your history books from. I've studied in both US schools and German schools. And what you're saying is so absolutely far from the truth that it's not even funny.
Pacific theatre: Japan was damn near ready to take out Australia, had already conqured half of China and all other eastern seaboard nations and every island except friggen hawaii.
Atlantic Theatre: Germany was halfway into russia, had England on the run, controlled north africa and all of mainland europe.
You're telling me the allies were winning when the US entered? Dude... no offense... go read a history book.
As to other modern 'wars' there has only been 1: Korea Need we remind you that the USA was pushing into China before we stopped and signed that stupid peace treaty? At that time, at that place, had MacArthur been allowed to follow his plan China would be a democracy today.
And if you want to count "VietNam" then you would see that militarily we won that fight 10x over. Certain politicians, however, prevented us from winning by constantly allowing the north to call cease fires (which they then violated as soon as they'd re-armed).
And well... if you count Iraq... we won there.... twice.
The USA has never 'lost' a war. We were ordered to pull out of Viet'Nam (which I guess you COULD try to count as a loss) but the USA has never truely 'lost' a war. And, other than Viet'Nam, they've flat out 'won' every other one.
This is way way waaaaay off topic though. I thought this was an MMORPG forum? Not military history 101?

I thought you were from France before I checked your info. I see you are from down under. Just for your information when the US entered the War the Japanese were bombing the your northern coast and getting set to invade you. Yup the allies really had thing under control.
I must say that is the most ignorant post I have ever seen in my life.

Germany was loosing too many planes and pilots over England and even though they started out with a significant edge in air power English production was significantly greater. They had already lost the air war and any hope of invading England by 1941.
Retreating across the steppes and counterattacking when winter hit was a long established tactic for the Russians and they executed it to perfection against the Germans. With their air power spent against England or spread out widely across the eastern front the Germans had no answer to Russian armor which was both technically and numerically superior and never really stood a chance.
As Russia was the big cold war enemy a lot of wester history books play them down, but the real surprise is that Germany lasted as long as it did. Germany *had* to reach Moscow on its initial attack, they didn’t and from that point out all they were doing was delaying the inevitable. Even after D-Day in 1944 more then 80% of Germany forces were fighting Russia in the east. The US fielded about 1/3 of the ground troops fighting the other 20% of Germany’s military. What does that tell you about the relative contribution to WWII in Europe?
While they were a little bit of a distraction to the Russians the only major player Japan ever threatened in WWII was the US.
This isn’t to say the US didn’t contribute to WWII they certainly did but the mostly from a material and production standpoint. The final outcome was pretty much locked up before any American troops became involved, and of course they participated in D-Day which prevented Russia from ending up in control of all continental Europe.
Blizzard is an American company owned by a French company.
Blizzard technically isn’t even a company, in fact they don’t even rate as a division within Vivendi. You will certainly never find a separate financial statement for them. They are a brand name and a development team within Vivendi’s games division, nothing more. They could be wiped out with the stroke of a pen the way Sierra was should VU games decided they didn’t want to use the name any more.

Shocking amount of stupidity displayed in this forum today in regard to the history of World War II.
