First I should say the last I played was ToA and I had a few artifacts and I think master level 8, RR6 on my nightshade..
1) How do classic and clustered servers work? Are the clusters essentially one server or is it limited to the rvr areas or what? Do the classic servers have the all the expansions except ToA or are they OLD old school classic with no expansions?
2) Is there anything available to speed leveling if you have high lvl characters? I know at one point you could do /level 30 and start at lvl 30. If there is something like this, would it apply to servers other than the one my old chars are on? (like if I wanted to start a new one on a new server).
3) How is the rvr these days? Are there constant battles/seiges and relic raids or what do most people do with their time now? (assuming I play on a more active server)
4) How long do you think it would take me to catch up to be competive in rvr again having not played since ToA? And do people even do master lvl raids anymore? I have no idea how champion lvls work either...
Sorry I know that's a lot but I'd appreciate it if anyone could answer any of that for me.

2. They took /level 30 out wich was given to the least populated realm and replaced it with /level 20 to every one on with a 50 on any server thats not calssic. As far as leveling fast try 4-5 days tops untill you get to the fun part
3. On a Classic server it will be just like it was when you left.. relic raids, 8-mans, and Keep and Tower seiges.. on a normal server it can get a little zergy but mostly awsome 8-man fun
4. It will take no catching up at all.. new players come to the game every day so from day 1 you will be caught up.. and as i said before leveling to 50 is no problem at all with task and instances they added with catacombs as well as a very friendly player base.
I hope this was helpful, if you decied to get back into the game wich i highly recommend (ive played for near 5 years myself) drop shabooty or Wbw a /tell on Gareth or Puber on Merlin and i will be more then happy to help you out.
