in Final Fantasy XI
Allrighty, I'm just starting out with FFXI, and I'm at this whole Credit Card screen on the 'PlayOnline Viewer', and dude, I dont have a credit card, but is there any other way of payment? Bank account statements, or something of that nature? Bank card? o.o

    You could probably pay them in food stamps, stocks, or travelers checks.

    No Savag3On3. There is no other way to pay for the monthly subscription. I heard they are debating wether or not to put out a game-card for those who do not have a credit-card or just do not want to use theres, but sadly enough this hasn't happened yet, and it may not if that was just a rumor I heard. The best bet is if you know someone in the family with a credit-card or anyone who trusts you, ask them if they will charge it for you, and give them the money.

    I had to do this alot back in the days before I got my credit-card. I know how it feels to buy a game thinking you can pay for it through checking or money-order and come to find out you can't. Another solution you can try is e-mailing the company, and asking them if you can pay for time through money-order. I have had a few game companies in the past let me do this. If they let you, you will probably have to pay for 3+ months up front, thats how companies always made me do it if they allowed this, but atleast that gets your game turned on. I never tried this with a big company like this, but hey it's worth a shot!

    Hehe, thanks for the info., I'll try that. -.-'' Been reading the instruction manual, hoping to have seen something in it, but...'lo and behold, nothing =/ Bah...I guess I'll just have to get a credit card, but that'll take a while, so I'll send a mail to tech support, or something, asking them about it.
