Best ship race to skill up for Interceptor?

After reading over what the various ships do, the Interceptor looked the most like what would appeal to me in a ship: Fast and Agile, and able to pester bigger ships if not actually kill them, which is fine by me. I was just wondering what races ships I should focus on skilling up to have the best Interceptor.

Since you can train any race skill you want from all the races it doesn't really matter but the best of the interceptors really goes down to the Crow and the Gallante frigate, they support the highest dps and speed.

So lvl 5 race frigate, lvl 1 interceptor, Hybrid blaster specialisation [small] rocket specialisation and voila you can fly both ships mighty fine -_^ or if you don't like getting webbed often, rail specialisation. But with this you still have to train evasive manauvering V for interceptor 1

I dunno why I listed that but I did.

Personally I like the crow ^_^

Right now the Caldari Crow is the flavor of the month but all races have a good one. The minmatar Stiletto is the best tackler for example with its 4 midslots etc.

Minmatar and Caldari, so you will need good missile and projectile skills. Claw and Crow are very good ships.

But tbh, it's easy to be able to fly the Interceptors of all races, since the frigate skill and the small weaponry skills are relatively fast to train. That would give you the best flexibility (since eg amarr ships are handy when you are doing guerilla action deep in enemy territory, because they need no ammo), and additionally, your opponents can never be exactly sure in what ship you show up.
