It appears that I was wrong when I said that the pre-order power replaces Sprint. It doesn't. After posting on the official CoH boards, two of Cryptic's head honchos, Stateman and gibsonsg explained exactly what the power is.

The new power is another version of Sprint with different graphics. So a person can have Sprint and the pre-order power together although they do not stack.

Yes, you are correct.  The new power is just an extra bonus...so you can still use sprint.  I like the idea since then with the regular game if people didn't get a bonus, they will still be able to use sprint and not have any problems.
