Are there any MMORPG's that play in an FPS style?  It would be interesting to see.

    i would say give planetside a go.While it has no RPG its the best MMOFPS out there by far.It is also free for life as long as you are happy to remain BR6 out of 25 possible BR.

    Also, Where could I go to sign up and play PlanetSide for free?  I would like to give it a try but the mainsite doesnt really help me much.. D:

    Are you sure about Fallen Earth? If that's true, I hope they give you the option between first and third person...

    Planetside is a real FPS I think.  Neocron is a hybrid with FPS reicle but aiming and accuracy are very much stat dependent.  Not sure about the rest.  But there is a fairly big distinction between those two.

    Not an MMOFPS. You are being limited to servers with 32 people. Hardly massive. And the whole honor rank+training aspect doesn't make it an FPS. So, in the end, it's just an MOFPS.

    I would absolutely love to see an MMOFPS that didn't suck. World War II online was an awesome concept but the gameplay IMO is sluggish and boring. Being an avid counter-strike player, I think it'd be killer to see a game with the same gameplay mechanics on a massive scale.

    Hell even a medieval fantasy style MMOFPS would be sweet. Think a more complex Oblivion style combat system with tower sieges, where you could play as a knight with sword/shield and have to be aware of your surroundings, know when to put up your shield to protect against volleys of arrows, or perhaps be the guy shooting those arrows. Other aspects could include siege weaponry, and all the classic tower defense, like boiling tar vats tipped on other players' heads from above, the occasional catapult shot, etc.

    I think I got kinda off-topic, but the game I just thought up in my head, I'd definately pay $15 a month for

    Why isn't Neocron listed on this site? Is there something wrong with the game? I would like to read some reviews and also get a feel of the maturity level of the community.

    ive just started playing neocron 2, on my 2nd week, it is a very gd game but is very hard to play of you dont make friends very fast because once you stop pissin it up in newby lvling areas you need people with you, not entirely true, but in 30 mins i lvled 20 times with a friend who was a healer, another time it took me 1 hour to get maybe 3 lvls on my own, best thing to do if your starting is to go on their offical forums and ask for someone to show u the strings... or use ingame help channel but sometimes there arnt enough people to give a sh*t what you ask so no one replies lol
