Codemasters Customer Service is Crap

My account was hacked 3 days ago, still no help from codemasters.  Anyone else have this problem?

    I have never played a game of Codemasters before, but you also need to think that they're quite busy... Just wait, and maybe try again... And if they don't help you then... Well, then they suck...

    Hmmm there mmo games are crap so tbh Im not sure why youd expect their customer service to be amazing ^^

    Note: PlayNC will refuse to allow you access to your account if you forget your password and can't provide a scanned image of the product key for the first product you purchased..... LOL

    never had too much trouble with CM.  Games are great, and the customer service is doing just fine.
