    This is Fox we are talking about. A network who has never been nominated for any award, brocken any story and makes up words and storys per their agenda. The lastest of course was that "Hundreds of WMDS found" that came out 3 months ago which turned out to be false and of course no retracation found by fox.

    No, it actually wasn't run. I looked for and saw it. The only people who ran it sort of... was MSNBC. They ran a rebuttal and the ENTIRE story fox never changed anything and just sort of let it go to the wayside and never spoke of it again.

    Also how can they get away with the term "Homocide Bomber" and still be considered fair? That term was coined by Ari Flieisher in 2002 and has only be used by fox. It was funny one time when a SCUICIDE bomber tried to blow himself up but failed and i litteraly watch one of their blonde bimbos mangle up the story because of it.

    btw, you want to talk about retractions...let's talk about those false reports that 60 minutes aired a year or so ago regarding Bush's involvement in 9/11...they never retracted those statements even though they were proven to be 100% false...so it's just as bad from your camp too.

    Yes...I've heard about the media saying something along the lines of "We have no culture so importing a bunch of people brings us cultural enlightenment". Thats funny I remember Australia brimming with culture BEFORE immigration.

    Although Fox is retarded, and most people realize this, it is not alone.  Every one of the major news outlets, to include fishwraps, has had it's share of "false stories" which sometimes have been corrected, sometimes not.  That said, Fox does have a target on it's collective forehead.

    And by the way, left wing or right wing, 'facts' are no longer true anymore, just shades of grey that one side can call a 'fact'.  You have to find your own facts now days, and I'm not talking about looking something up on wiki either.

    I owe a lot of my life to over-seas culture even, perhaps we did have culture before the end of the "white-australia' policy, but we still have culture now one i am actually proud of,  so i wont agree with you on that, at all.

    But i am, increasingly, becoming fustrated at the subjective nature of news today.
    For instandce, all australians must know of Naomi Robson from ACA, that show makes my blood boil every time someone is watching it (i would never watch it).

    Indeed I did know that the daily show attemps to be a comedy show, though I have never found it funny, not only is it nothing but a smattering of George Bush jokes...it's also the same jokes over and over again with some goofy investigative reporting thrown in for good measure.  I have a great sense of humor, and I know what is funny, and the Daily Show simply panders to the left wing crowd.  I can't handle the FACTS?  lol okay, so you are trying to tell me that MSNBC and the New York Times and the Daily show do not have a leftist stance ?  Now you are just kidding yourself

    Do you really not understand why I bring up the daily show?  Okay let me spell it out for you again because you seem intent on ignoring it...The Daily Show has won multiple Emmies, that is an >>>Award<<<  This in and of itself tells me that television awards are meaningless.  But it goes deeper than that.  For all of the acolades that publications like the New York Times recieves, do you think that they would get any of that praise if it wasn't for their political leanings?  I am not saying that Fox is deserving of great and wonderfull awards, I don't really care...but don't try to tell me that the news that they report isn't worthy of anything on the grounds that they have never recieved some contrived award.  What YOU don't seem to understand is that Fox news, and all the other news channels are about ratings...Whether or not the shows recieve awards for their reportings, they would not be on the air if they did not recieve the ratings that garner support from sponsors.  It's the reason why Liberal radio talk shows have failed, nobody wants to listen to Al Franken rant about George Bush all day...My point is, Fox News, and all those other news channels aren't out there for awards, they are out there to make money, it is a business, and viewership means money...therefore, Fox news is a success.

    lol...so what I hear on the radio and the news is made up bullshit but somehow the news stations that you listen to have all of the answers right?  interesting.  As for the Memos...no, CBS did not ever issue a formal retraction, they simply said that they were given false information and that it was still possible that some of it might be true.  That does not constitute a formal retraction to me.  My mistake on the 9/11 remark though, the memos were about WMD's were they not?  It was quite some time ago.  I think it's funny that you feel the need to lash out in order to try and prove your point.  But that's okay, it's what you people do, talk loud enough and you are right...right?

      Term homicidal bomber is wrong in what way ? You blow yourself up, killing innocent people....sounds like homicide.  Fox uses language like that because great king of news BBC won't even use a term like terrorist anymore.  One side is being soft the other is being extra controversial.  Wish we had some real news in this crazy world of ours.

    It's better be hated for who you are, than loved for who you aren't.

    If you had watched the show more you would know that in the 90's they constantly attacked clinton. You would also know its a satire show. As for MSNBC and the NYTIMES having a leftist bias. I always here this from people such as yourself who never give examples of anything.     And like I’ve said before if you knew what awards were you would know that fox doesn't revice any because they just report 2nd hand knowledge, they don't break any stories and get any exclusives. The times gets these because they break stories that nobody else gets, the get exclusives and the dirty work. Remember the NSA illegal spying program they broke, nobody else knew about it. BTW Air America isn't failing. They have only been on the air for less than 1 and half years and have grown 120%. I always here people like yourself say they are failing every few months but they are turning a profit and growing. Its pretty amazing considering how they started.

The memos were fake but the story as an account from witnesses about his service WAS true. They issued a retraction of the Memo story and that is it because the rest of it WAS true.     Is shows their bias. A car bomb can bea  homicide bomber. Timothy McVey was one too. Suicide bomber states that the bomber blew himself up aswell as others. PLus ther term came from Ari Fleisher. Btw one mans terrorist is another mans freedom fighter. News agencys have to stay impartial thats why they shouldn't use terms coined by government officials.

    Fox news is pretty biased. I swear I saw someone on fox last night said (in an almost crying voice or a blatant homosexual) "The democrats are stupid poopie heads, they need to grow up." It's the only news channel I really watch though. I have a fetish for watching crap I despise. I also dislike religion and watch the 700 club all the time. To me they are comedic genius.

    Well wiith fox they put a ? after everything and that is supposed to make it Unbiased. I saw just the other day on their new feed "Democrats against america?" They really are just like those "news talk" radio stations on the AM dial. About 5 mins of actual news taken from another network and everything else is just talkshows.

    The thing about propaganda is you arent supposed to know its propaganda. And they've been at propaganda for a loooooong time now.

    Yeah, it won "Outstanding Variety, Music or Comedy Series" and "Outstanding Writing for a Variety, Music or Comedy Program". I don't see how that can be compared to a news show, although every time Ann Coulter comes out it usually ends with comedy. I'd nominate her for best comedy writing if I didn't know people think she's right.
