Recruitment Form for death's hand, new tabula rasa guild

Hello, i would like to present Death's Hand, a new guild for the upcoming game tabula rasa.  This guild is focused on very squad-based combat.  There are only 4 requirments.

1.  You must be a team player and like to group.

2.  You need to plan on buying tabula rasa.

3.  you need to be a nice person.

4  you need to be mature and respectful.
