How to make Closed beta client into open beta clinet?

They are the same thing I bet there is just some small stupid diffrence. So anyone know what you need to do to make the closed beta client into the open beta clinet?

 

P.S. I strated the closed beta client and it upgraded 2 patch's to 1207. When I try to launch the game again it say's "Launch from the desktop ikon" even thought I am doing that. I also tried to launch the game from inside the knight folder but still no luck.

The closed version was 1206, and when i start the game i dont get a patch. Im still showing the 1206 version.

Mine patch's to 1207, then when I try to run it after the patch it tell's me to lauch from the desktop ikon. If anyone wonder's I cant even start the game so it isnt a "the server isnt up yet" thing

yep, i just went back in to the KO files and found the launcher icon and tried it and i also got the patch. I now get the same thing as u when trying to start the game.

The closed beta and open beta clinet's are EXACTLY the same, but there is one diffrence they added something to the .exe file I belive. If you can figure that out then you dont need to download the open beta client

UGH! I try to update and tha patch 1207 downloads then it says click ont eh desktop icon, and i do teh it says the exact same thing
